Anyone tried the pendulum squat machine?

Been seeing a lot of buzz about the pendulum squat machine lately. Looks like a solid way to hit quads hard without the usual back strain. Just wondering if anyone's given it a shot and how it compares to traditional squats or hack squats? i'm curious about the feel and results. Hit me up with your experiences.

The pendulum squat feels pretty nice, but I'm a bit skeptical. I mean, are we sure it's not just another fancy machine? I get that it targets the quads, but I'm not sure if the results will compare to traditional squats in the long run.

I hear you on being skeptical, but I feel like machines like this can offer variety and help with muscle growth. Plus, if you're balancing a busy life, like with kids or work, this machine is great for quick workouts! im all about those effective, time-efficient workouts.

I tried it yesterday, and my quads were on fire! I'm really interested to see how my numbers progress over the next few weeks. I'm tracking everything to make sure I'm getting stronger. Anyone else doing the same?

Honestly, I think all these new machines are just a way to sell gym memberships. The classics work, man! I mean, if you can't even squat your bodyweight, why are we even looking at fancy machines? Just my two cents.

I get what you're saying, but every little bit helps! I made a killer quinoa salad last night after using the machine. Fueling up after leg day is key, right?

I tried the pendulum squat machine last month, and honestly, I was impressed. It really isolates the quads and takes the pressure off your back, which is a game-changer for those of us with kids and all the lifting we do in daily life. I usually struggle with regular squats due to lower back issues, but this machine felt so much more comfortable! Just be sure to focus on your form, it's easy to get a little too relaxed with the support it gives.

I've used it a couple of times at my gym. It feels different than traditional squats but in a good way. You can really feel the burn in your quads without the back strain. It's definitely worth trying out if you have access.

There's a certain zen in finding new machines that work for your body. It's like being on a journey to discover what lifts you, literally and metaphorically. Pendulum squats can be a great addition to your routine as long as you maintain a mindful approach to your form. Just keep it balanced with some free weights too.

Facts, this machine is low-key underrated. It's a fun way to switch up leg day! Keep it interesting, folks!

Oh, I've seen that machine! I love anything that helps target the quads, but I'm curious about how it compares to hack squats. Anyone tried both?

Yesss, I used it last week! It slaps. My legs were sore for days, like, no cap. But I still prefer regular squats for that full-body feel, ya know?
