Liquid chalk vs solid block: which one lifts the dad game?
As a dad of two who's juggling bedtime stories and gym time, I need every edge I can get when it comes to lifting. I've been using solid chalk for a while, but I keep hearing about this liquid chalk being the next big thing. I mean, is it really better, or is that just the latest trend?
Solid chalk has been my trusty sidekick, no messy spills, but sometimes it feels like im just dusting myself off instead of actually chalking up. Liquid chalk seems more convenient, especially with the kids around. Do you guys think it really provides better grip or is it just a gimmick? Any tips on which one to use or when to switch? I'm trying to keep my lifts steady while not losing my grip (literally and figuratively). What do you recommend?
