Pull-ups vs Lat Pulldowns for Back Development: Which is Better?
I've been lifting for about 5 years and I'm really trying to dial in my back development. I know pull-ups are generally seen as more functional and help with overall strength, but I also like lat pulldowns for isolating the lats and really feeling the muscle work. Do you all have any thoughts on which is better for back gains? Also, how do you incorporate both into your training routine? I'm looking for a balanced approach!
