PPL Frequency: 1.5 vs 2x, What's the Move?
I've been doing PPL for a while and I'm curious about the frequency debate. I've seen some say 1.5x a week is enough for recovery and growth, while others swear by 2x for max gains. I hit a plateau recently, so I'm considering switching things up. What's been your experience with these frequencies? Anyone notice better progress with one over the other?
