Alpha-GPC for focus pre-workout: any recommendations?
So I've been reading about Alpha-GPC lately, and I'm curious if anyone here has used it for focus during workouts. I've seen some studies that say it can help with cognitive function and power output, which sounds pretty appealing, especially when I'm trying to hit those PRs.
I'm skeptical though, because a lot of supps are all hype, so I'm looking for some real-life experiences or solid brands to try. Dose recommendations would also be great.
Also, anyone compare it with other nootropics like L-Theanine? I'm just trying to get the most out of my time in the gym without losing my mind on caffeine. Let's hear what you've got!
