Is creatine worth it on a cut? Water weight dilemma
I've been lifting for about 5 years now and I'm currently in a cut. I know creatine can help with strength and muscle retention, but I keep hearing about the water weight it can add. As a busy mom trying to balance fitness and family, I don't want to feel like a balloon when I step on the scale!
I've seen mixed opinions about creatine monohydrate vs HCL, but I'm curious if the benefits really outweigh the water retention when cutting. Is it just temporary weight gain or should I expect a bigger impact on my overall results? I'd love to hear your thoughts, especially if anyone has experience with this while cutting!
