Desk job lifters, what's your go-to supplement stack?

I work a desk job and I'm looking to optimize my supplement stack while staying energized for my CrossFit WODs. I currently use creatine mono, beta-alanine, and caffeine, but I'm wondering if adding ashwagandha or citrulline could help with my energy levels and focus. Anyone else in the same boat and found a solid combo that works?

Ngl, I'm all about those energy bars during my study breaks. They keep me focused for both lifting and school. I mix protein powder into pancakes for an extra boost! 🥞

Listen, your supplements matter, but don't forget about your diet! Staying hydrated and eating whole foods can be just as crucial for energy. What's your nutrition looking like?

If you're looking for energy, I swear by BCAAs during my workouts! They help with endurance, and I feel less fatigued after. Pairing that with your current stack sounds like a solid idea.

Cardio? Nah, I'm too busy lifting weights and avoiding treadmills like they're the plague. But seriously, if you're pushing through WODs, add some electrolytes too. They really help with recovery!

Adding citrulline might just be the cherry on top of your supplement stack! It can really help with blood flow and pump, especially during those intense WODs. Just make sure to balance it out with pizza night afterward.

This is such a relatable struggle! I used to be in a rut with energy until I added citrulline. It really helped with my endurance during CrossFit. Give it a shot, especially if you're feeling a bit drained!

Facts! Caffeine, creatine mono, and beta-alanine are solid, but consider stacking those with L-theanine for smoother focus. It takes the edge off the jitters from caffeine while still keeping ur energy up. I've been loving it!

I think ashwagandha is a great addition! It can help reduce stress and improve focus, which is key when you're working long hours at a desk. I've noticed a difference in my energy during CrossFit when I take it consistently.

Just a heads up, ashwagandha isn't for everyone. Some people might experience drowsiness instead of focus. It's good to start with a lower dose and see how your body reacts. Each person is unique!

I work a desk job too, and honestly, I used to crash around 3 PM. Adding a bit of ashwagandha helped me stay focused and alert. Plus, it's great for your stress levels. Win-win, right?
