Sleep + Protein Synthesis, What's the Deal?
Been diving into the recent papers about sleep and its impact on protein synthesis, like Schoenfeld's findings (2021) where he breaks down how lack of sleep can seriously tank your gains. Helms and Israetel also drop some knowledge about sleep being just as crucial as protein intake for recovery. So, if im hitting PRs on leg day but skimping on Z's, am I just wasting my time?
