Is it too early to expect ab definition after 3 months of lifting?
I've been doing strength training for about 3 months now, focusing on a plant-based diet and hitting my lifts hard. I'm currently at 175 lbs, down from 185, and while my overall muscle gain is solid, I'm not seeing the ab definition I was hoping for. I've been doing a mix of compound lifts and some core work, but no noticeable changes yet. Anyone else felt this way? How long did it take for you to see some ab gains? I'm getting a bit impatient over here!
