Anyone else feeling the grind on cycle 5 of cutting and bulking? Finally seeing the shape!

After 4 years of lifting, I'm on my 5th cycle of cutting and bulking, and I can finally see some definition coming through. Dropped from 220 to 205 over 12 weeks and my squat PR just hit 405 for 3! The progress feels real, but damn, the struggle is real too. Anyone else riding this wave? What are your go-to tips for keeping it balanced? Would love to hear some success stories or advice!

That's awesome! I just started lifting a few months ago and I can barely get to the gym. Any tips for keeping motivation up? I feel like I'm just starting out, so I wanna keep that grind going.

Oh, how wonderful it is to see progress after all the hard work! When I was lifting in my 30s, I felt the same struggle. It's all about finding balance, especially as you cut and bulk. Make sure to listen to your body, rest when needed, and enjoy the journey. Every small win matters!

Bro, that's sick! What's your favorite pre-workout? I'm all about that pump. Gotta keep lifting heavy and eating right!

Feeling that grind too! Cutting is tough, but I'm just focusing on my gains. Just wait until you hit those PRs again after bulking. 😂 Anyone else hate cardio? It's the worst!

Congrats on that squat PR! 405 for 3 is a solid lift. im on my 6th cycle of cutting and bulking, and I feel you on the grind. Keep pushing through, it pays off big time in the end.

I love seeing your journey! Remember, progress isn't just about numbers. Focus on how you feel and appreciate ur body. Your strength and dedication show that fitness is a lifestyle, not a phase

Dude, 405 squat is a big deal! For those cutting, don't forget about getting enough protein to preserve muscle while losing fat. I usually aim for at least 1g per pound of body weight.

If you want to keep your macros in check, meal prep is key. I plan my meals every Sunday, and it keeps me on track during the week. Helps with staying balanced while cutting too.

Cutting and bulking can be wild! If you want a fun twist, try some plant-based meals. I just made a killer lentil burger last night, and it fueled my workout like nothing else!

Honestly, if you're not feeling the grind, are you even lifting? But for real, it's all about balance. Don't forget to enjoy leg day! 😉

Definitely agree with tracking your macros. I recommend using apps like Cronometer or MacroFactor. They provide great insights on nutrient density and help you avoid those hidden calories. It's all about informed choices.
