ADHD and finally sticking to a routine: is this progress?
So, after years of battling my ADHD and trying to find a rhythm, I finally got consistent with my training for the last 8 weeks. Just hit a new PR with my squat at 285 lbs for 3 reps (previously 255 lbs) and honestly, I feel like a beast. I've got progress pics to share too, maybe my best physique yet at 155 lbs!
