Cottage cheese before bed is underrated, right?

i've been crushing cottage cheese every night for 60 days, and honestly, my sleep and recovery have been pretty lit. Who knew a little casein magic could help me wake up feeling less like a zombie? Anyone else vibing with this before bed?

I love cottage cheese! It's packed with casein, which helps keep you feeling full through the night. I usually mix it with some fruit or nuts for a little extra flavor.

Absolutely, the casein in cottage cheese can help with muscle repair overnight. Plus, it's a great source of protein if you lift! Just make sure you're balancing it with other meals during the day.

I'm all for cottage cheese before bed, but just be mindful if you're lactose intolerant! I used to eat it, then realized it messed with my sleep. If it works for you, stick with it!

I've been experimenting with different protein sources before bed, but cottage cheese does hit different. I mix mine with a little cinnamon and honey sometimes. Gives it that sweet kick.

This is totally me! I used to think cottage cheese was just for old people, but now it's my go-to! Just a heads up, it can be a bit pricey, so I watch sales.

100! Cottage cheese is underrated, man. I've been using it in my night routine for a while, and it feels great to wake up ready to crush it at the gym. It's like my secret weapon.

Cottage cheese before bed? Sounds like a dad win. I usually have some before my late-night gym sessions. Just make sure the kids don't steal it before I get a chance!

Honestly, I prefer a protein shake before bed. Easier to digest and I can customize it. But if cottage cheese works for you, that's awesome! Do what makes you feel good.
