Why did my reverse diet stall after 14 weeks at +200 cal max?
So I've been reverse dieting for 14 weeks, slowly increasing my calories by 200 each week. I was feeling good, but suddenly my progress has stalled. Weight is basically the same, and I'm getting kinda paranoid about my metabolism. Anyone else experience this? Did I mess up my macros or timing? I've been tracking everything like a hawk, but I'm at a loss here. Is there a point where reverse dieting just doesn't work as planned? Ngl, I thought I'd be gaining some lean mass by now. Any tips or insights would be clutch.
