How do I juggle macros while teaching and wrangling 3 kiddos?
So i'm a teacher with three tiny tornadoes, and I love lifting (squats are my jam!). Trying to hit my macros feels like a wild game of dodgeball, I'm dodging snacks, kiddo chaos, and lesson plans. Any tips for keeping my protein high and carbs on point while not losing my mind? Asking for a friend (who's definitely not me).
