Is it true that we all need 8 hours of sleep? Asking for my recovery!
So I've been hearing everywhere that 8 hours of sleep is a must for everyone, especially when you're lifting heavy like me! But I came across some research that says sleep needs can actually vary by person. A study in the Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine found that some folks feel great with just 6 hours while others might need 9! 馃槾 I'm just curious if anyone else has experienced this? How much sleep do you actually need to feel good and lift well?
