Low ferritin can really affect your endurance, I had a similar issue a while back. I started taking a liquid iron supplement, which worked wonders for me. I also focused on eating more iron-rich foods like spinach, red meat, and lentils. Just be cautious with the dosage, too much iron can be harmful.

This slaps. Iron is key, especially if you want to shred those pavement miles. Also, why not make a pizza topped with spinach? Iron and carbs in one delicious meal.

I completely understand how you're feeling. Iron is so crucial for energy levels. Have you considered incorporating more mindful practices alongside supplementation? Sometimes stress and diet can play a role in absorption. Ferrous bisglycinate is a gentler option for iron that might help you without the GI issues.

I think iron supplements can help, but don't rely on them completely. There are plenty of foods rich in iron that could be better options. Also, the absorption can vary, especially if you're eating calcium-rich foods at the same time. Keep an eye on what you're consuming overall.

Ngl, I've been on a cut, so I've had to adjust my food. Still, I make sure to keep iron-rich foods in my meals. Spinach, beans, red meat, you name it. Just keep eating right, and your running will improve.

It's great that you're looking for ways to improve! I suggest trying to pair your iron supplements with vitamin C to enhance absorption. When I had low ferritin, I noticed a difference when I had a glass of orange juice with my iron pill. Also, make sure to track your energy levels regularly.

It sounds like you're trying to make good changes. Balancing work and fitness is tough. Have you thought about your overall diet? Focusing on whole foods can really help boost iron naturally. Maybe aim for more legumes and nuts, they're great sources.

Lmao, bro, maybe just skip the running and hit the couch instead? Just kidding! But seriously, iron is no joke for runners. If you feel like shit, it might be worth consulting a doc about dosages.

Skill issue. Just run faster! But for real, i hear those iron pills can make a difference. Just don't skip leg day, alright?

100! I had low ferritin too, and started using an iron supplement called Proferrin. It worked really well for my endurance. Also, I added red meat and leafy greens to my meals. Getting your levels checked periodically can help, so you know where you stand

Facts! I was dragging a weight too until I started taking iron supplements! I felt like a totally different person after a few weeks. I even made a point to eat foods like quinoa and pumpkin seeds for extra iron. Those miles started feeling way easier!

Bro, just pack a lunch full of iron-rich foods and hit the gym! Can't be slacking on the ferritin, or you'll be slower than my WiFi. Get your diet right, and you'll be back to being a speedy gazelle in no time.
