MyFitnessPal vs MacroFactor: why am I still losing the battle against my food scale?
So I've been on a journey to track my calories more accurately, and I gotta say, these apps are like dating apps for my food. MyFitnessPal is like that one ex who's great at showing me numbers but totally ignores how I feel, while MacroFactor is the supportive friend that keeps me on track.
