Is a clean bulk actually better than a dirty bulk for plant-based athletes?
I see so many people debating clean vs dirty bulking, but as a plant-based athlete, I think it's all about quality nutrients! A clean bulk helps me hit my protein goals with whole foods, which supports muscle growth without unnecessary fat gain. Plus, who says you can't enjoy delicious vegan foods while bulking? I feel stronger and healthier eating this way. What are your thoughts on this? Is the stereotype that vegans can't bulk just outdated?
