How do you tackle plateaus in strength training without losing motivation?
I've been following a PPL routine for the past few months, and I hit a plateau on my squat. I'm tracking everything meticulously, but my progress feels stagnant. I've considered switching up my accessory lifts or maybe changing my rep range, but I don't want to lose sight of my goals. How do you all handle these situations to keep motivation high while still pushing for PRs?
