Considering TRT at 32, is it too soon or just a slice of life?
So I've been lifting for 5 years and I'm starting to think about TRT since my test levels are on the lower side. I'm 26M and it feels like I'm already behind the curve. Am I just overthinking this? Should I be living the pizza life or stacking some extra gains with TRT? Can't help but wonder if I should pump the brakes or go full beast mode. What do you all think?
