What supplements should i focus on for lifting vs endurance?
So i've been lifting for about 2 years now and I love my squats, but I'm curious about how supplements differ for lifters like me versus endurance athletes. I know creatine is a staple for strength, but what about things like beta-alanine or citrulline? Are there any that are overrated for us lifters? I want to optimize my stack without going overboard. What do you guys think?
