lactose intolerant and still trying to get those gains, what protein won't destroy me?
So, I'm 24M and love lifting, but my body decided lactose is the enemy. Protein shakes usually lead to some serious discomfort (if you catch my drift). I'm looking for a protein powder that won't wreck my insides, and I've heard some non-dairy options might be the move. Anyone got recommendations that are actually good? Please help a bro out before I have to resort to eating chicken like a caveman!
