So what blood work do lifters even need? Asking for my veins.
I'm just trying to figure out if my blood has enough iron or if it's just all that pre-workout coursing through my veins. Do I need to check testosterone, vitamin D, or is it all just hype? Should I be worried that my blood type is 'swole'? Help a bro out before I end up with a needle in my arm for no reason.
