So I just hit my goal weight AND body comp goal in the same week! Is this normal?
I'm a 21F college student and honestly, this feels unreal! I've been lifting consistently for about 4 months now, and I finally reached my goal weight of 140 lbs while also improving my body composition. I've swapped some snacks for healthier options (like Greek yogurt and fruit instead of chips) and I'm keeping it budget-friendly. Ngl, I'm super pumped but also kinda nervous? Like, is it normal to hit both goals at once? What do I do now? Should I keep pushing or change things up?
