Feeling on top of the world after hitting my first 200 squat post-ACL recovery! Who else has made a comeback like this?

TL;DR: Hit 200 squat after 6 months of ACL recovery and Whole30 commitment.

I just squatted 200 pounds for the first time since my ACL recovery, and I couldn't be more excited! After months of rehab and dedication to my Whole30 lifestyle, I'm back in the game. It took me about 6 months to get here, but clean eating and consistent training made all the difference. Anyone else have inspiring recovery stories to share?

That's amazing! I love hearing about comeback stories like this. It takes so much determination and dedication to get back to your old strength after an injury. If you're looking for more Whole30-friendly recipes to fuel your workouts, I've got plenty to share!

This is so inspiring! I had a knee surgery last year and was stuck in a similar place. Clean eating made a huge difference for me too. Have you tried any gluten-free snacks for your post-workout recovery? I've been loving protein-packed energy balls.

100% feel this! Recovering from injuries is a wild ride, but it makes those PRs even sweeter. I also had a major setback last year and getting back to my lifting routine felt like climbing a mountain. And honestly, weightlifting is a lot about mental strength too. Keep crushing it!

Lifting at night is where it's at! It can be quieter, and you can really focus. After I recovered from my injury, I had to adjust my routine too. Caffeine is my secret weapon for late-night sessions. What's your go-to pre-workout fuel?

Bro, I get it. But honestly, you shouldn't focus too much on just squats. It's all about that balanced training. im all for cardio, and while lifting is great, don't forget your heart needs love too. Cardio will help with recovery and overall fitness.

Yeah, but the focus should be on strength when you're coming back. Building that foundation helps prevent further injuries. I get cardio is important, but for recovery, lifting has its own set of benefits. Keep your goals in sight!

Congratulations on your 200 squat! I've been through my own injury setbacks, and I know how tough it can be. I remember when I was recovering from a shoulder injury, I focused on lower body workouts and eventually came back stronger than ever. Keep pushing, and don't forget to listen to your body along the way. Self-care is just as important as hitting those PRs.

Nice work on hitting that 200 squat! It's awesome to see how determination pays off. Just a heads up, though, make sure you're not skipping on your accessory work. Stuff like lunges and leg curls can really help maintain strength in your quads and hamstrings after an injury.

I love this! I'm all about family workouts. When I was recovering from a knee injury, I involved my kids in my fitness routine, and it made the process so much more fun! Plus, it teaches them the importance of staying active. Have you thought about incorporating some family workouts too?
