Struggling with ADHD but finally getting consistent! Progress pics to share!
After years of battling ADHD, I finally found a routine that sticks. It's been 6 months of consistent strength training on a plant-based diet, and the results are starting to show! I've gone from 180 lbs to 165 lbs, and my lifts are hitting new highs: 1RM on squats went from 225 lbs to 265 lbs! Here are some before and after shots for reference.
It feels amazing to actually see the progress and I'm so stoked about my journey. Anyone else dealing with ADHD while trying to stick to a fitness routine? How do you keep focused and consistent? Would love to hear your tips!
