Yo, so it's been a whole year since I started this fitness grind and I just posted my 1 year vs now pics! Last year I was a skinny 150lbs and now I'm hitting 180 and feeling swole. 馃挭 I'm lowkey shocked at the gains but also kinda nervous, like did I do it right? Should I keep pushing harder or chill a bit? Help a newbie out!
