Anyone else struggling to see progress in photos month over month?
I've been grinding at this cardio game for 24 months now, and while I feel stronger and my stamina is through the roof, my progress pics aren't showing it as much as I'd like. I'm talking consistent sessions, 4-5 days a week, but the transformation feels kinda stagnant. Anyone else feel this way? What do you do to keep motivated when the photos aren't reflecting all the hard work?
