Why did I eat 2400 kcal for 22 weeks and still feel like a noodle?
So, I've been running 30mi/week while keeping my intake at 2400 kcal for the past 22 weeks, weighing in at 180lbs. Just did a DEXA scan before and after, and honestly, I feel like my gains are playing hide and seek. Like, where did all the gains go? Anyone else experience this? What gives? Maybe I need to channel my inner Goku and go Super Saiyan on my diet or something.
