Kettlebell-Only Training Programming Ideas?

TL;DR: Looking for effective kettlebell-only programming ideas for strength and conditioning.

Yo, CSCS here with 7 years under my belt, and I'm diving into kettlebell-only programming for a few clients. I want to make sure I'm covering strength, conditioning, and mobility without overdoing it. Any go-to structures or rep schemes that you find work well for those who don't have access to a full gym?

I'm thinking of mixing in some swings, snatches, and goblet squats for strength, but I'm also looking at some high-rep complex flows to keep things interesting. Also, if you have any playlist recommendations to keep the vibes up during those killer sets, I'm all ears!

Kettlebell swings are awesome for conditioning, man. Try adding in some Turkish get-ups for mobility too! I did a kettlebell-only week once, felt like a superhero after. Also, if you need a playlist, check out 'Workout Vibes' on Spotify, it hits different.

Kettlebell training is perfect for a busy schedule! You can get a full-body workout in like 30 minutes. I like to do a quick circuit with swings, goblet squats, and snatches. It's a great way to save time while still feeling accomplished.

Swings, snatches, and goblet squats are good choices, but I'd suggest mixing in some unilateral work too. Single-arm overhead presses and single-leg deadlifts can help balance strength. Otherwise, you might develop imbalances over time.

Why not throw in a dad joke? What did the kettlebell say to the dumbbell? 'You lift me up!' But for real, kettlebell flows are fun. Just don't overdo it or you'll end up with sore everything.

For a solid rep scheme, consider 5-8 reps for strength work and 12-20 for conditioning. Keep the rest periods short for that metabolic boost, around 30-60 seconds. Just make sure to focus on form; kettlebells can get tricky if you're tired.

Ngl, kettlebell workouts can be a struggle. Like, my grip always gives out before my legs do. But if you wanna keep it spicy, throw in some high-rep kettlebell complexes; they'll definitely challenge you.

Yasss! Kettlebells are my jam. I love doing swings and goblet squats as a superset! Also, don't sleep on kettlebell cleans; they're great for upper body and core. And if you're looking for meal ideas to fuel those workouts, I got some awesome vegan recipes to share.
