5am runs? How do you even make that happen?
I'm trying to wrap my head around this whole 5am running thing. As someone who's spent the last three years powerlifting and now diving into some cardio, I thought early mornings might be a good way to sneak in my runs before the day gets hectic. But damn, how do you guys manage to roll out of bed and actually get your shoes on?
I mean, it feels like a whole new level of commitment, especially when it's still dark and cold outside. I can't be the only one who struggles with that initial motivation, right? Plus, I'm all about plant-based nutrition, so figuring out what to eat beforehand is another puzzle. Do you just wake up and go or do you have a little ritual? I'd love to hear how you all tackle this early-morning challenge.
