Look, I get it, building that aerobic base is important, but sometimes it feels like people worship Zone 2 like it's the fitness holy grail. Like, can we also admit that running at a conversational pace can be pretty boring? Mix it up with some HIIT or tempo runs, or else ur cardio routine might end up feeling like a snooze fest.
