Facts! You gotta track your food intake if you want to keep this momentum. MFP or Cronometer are solid apps for that. It's like having a coach in your pocket, keeping you honest.

I can relate to your journey! When I started lifting, I also dropped weight by changing my diet. For busy moms like us, meal prepping is a lifesaver. I usually cook on Sundays, then portion out meals for the week. It takes some time upfront, but it makes sticking to healthy eating way easier during the hectic week. What kinds of meals are you enjoying?

100% agree with tracking! As an endurance athlete, I can't stress enough how important it is to know your fuel. You might wanna explore macro cycling to keep your energy up while dropping weight. It really works for long rides or high-intensity days.

You're doing great! As a retired nurse, I've seen how crucial strength training is, especially as we age. Consider adding some weight training to your routine to keep that muscle mass while losing fat. I lift with friends twice a week, and it's such a fun way to stay motivated. Plus, it helps with bone density!

Late-night rides are where it's at! I love hitting the gym at weird hours, but don't forget to sleep! Your body needs recovery, man. Also, coffee is my best friend pre-workout; it really keeps me awake and focused. Just don't overdo it or you'll be up all night!
