Neck training, anyone do it? Trying to avoid looking like a giraffe.
I've been focusing on my lifts for a while now, but I'm starting to feel like my neck is lagging behind. Anyone here actually incorporate neck training into their routine? I can't stand running, so I'm looking for some heavy lifts to add in. What's your go-to neck exercise? Does it even matter? Asking for a friend who might need a stronger neck for the next barbell cycle.
