Knees over toes, is it a good thing or bad? im confused!
I've been seeing a lot of debate about whether or not letting ur knees go over your toes while squatting and lunging is a bad idea. Some say it's crucial for building strength and mobility, while others freak out about injury risks. I've been trying to focus on my form lately, but honestly, I'm just lost! Is this something I should embrace or avoid? Any insights?
