Apigenin for sleep, who's tried it?

So, I've been hearing some buzz about apigenin being a solid sleep aid, like it's the new kid on the block. Has anyone here actually given it a shot? I'm skeptical, but I'm also kinda curious if it's more than just hype. Share your thoughts!

I tried apigenin for sleep a couple weeks ago, and honestly? I think it helped me chill out. Like, I hit the pillow and was out like a light

I've seen some preliminary studies suggesting that apigenin may enhance sleep quality due to its anxiolytic properties. That said, individual results can vary. It might work for some but not others, so I'd recommend starting with a low dose and assessing how you feel.

As a vegan, I always look for natural sleep aids. Apigenin from chamomile is a great option for plant-based peeps. Just be careful with dosage; too much can leave you feeling groggy. Also, don't underestimate the power of a good bedtime routine! Focus on stress management, and combine it with a balanced diet.

Omg I've been wanting to try apigenin! I've heard it's in chamomile too, so I sometimes brew tea before bed. Super calming and it helps with sleep! 🌼

I took apigenin last night and woke up feeling like a zombie. Might have been a fluke, but I think I'll stick to my good ol' sleep routine instead of experimenting with this.

Seems like one of those trends, like people swearing by collagen for joints. Sure, it might help, but good luck getting enough sleep with your phone glued to your face all night. Prioritize your sleep hygiene first!

Nah man, I don't buy it. Sleep is all about ur routine. You can't just pop a supplement and expect to knock out. It's like thinking you can skip leg day and still be jacked.
