Fish oil vs algal oil, which one is actually worth it?
So I've been reading up on omega-3s, and I'm trying to figure out if fish oil is really the go-to or if algal oil is the real deal. I mean, fish oil has EPA and DHA, which are solid for heart health, but I've heard algal oil is more sustainable and just as effective? 🤔 Does anyone have evidence on which one actually works better, and what brands do you recommend? Also, dosage tips would be cool!
