Menopause supplement stack, what's actually legit?
So, I've been doing some digging on menopause and how to tackle it with supplements, and honestly, im feeling a bit overwhelmed! I'm 31, so I'm not at that stage yet, but with family history and all, it feels like I should be prepared.
I've read about things like ashwagandha for stress and mood, ZMA for sleep support, and fish oil for heart health, but there are so many brands out there, it's tough to know what's the real deal and what's just hype. I've meal prepped for five years, but when it comes to supplements, I feel like a rookie! Does anyone here have experience with a stack that actually works? How do you time these things?
From what I gather, creatine might help with muscle retention, which I hear is a big concern during menopause, but I'm unsure if I should be looking into creatine mono or HCL. Any advice on dosing too? Looking for real experiences, not just marketing fluff.
Thanks in advance, you all!
