Anyone tried tongkat ali? What's the vibe?

TL;DR: Looking for real experiences with tongkat ali.

Been hearing some buzz about tongkat ali lately, but I'm a bit skeptical. I know it's supposed to help with testosterone levels and overall mood, but has anyone here actually felt anything noticeable?

I'm looking for real experiences, not just hype. If you've tried it, drop your thoughts and how you used it. Curious if it's worth adding to my stack.

Ngl, I tried it for like a month, and it was kinda whack. Didn't feel anything noticeable, maybe my body just didn't vibe with it. I think I'll stick to creatine and protein.

This! I had a similar experience with it. My lifts felt stronger, and my recovery improved. Just remember to pair it with a good diet and sleep for the best results.

Honestly, I think the hype is just that, hype. I tried it for a month, and I felt pretty normal. Not much change in my lifts or energy levels, so I moved on. I'd say skip it and focus on the basics

Bro, don't waste your time with that unless you want to end up like a science experiment. I did some research, and there's mixed evidence about it. I'd rather just hit my daily creatine mono and call it a day.

I wouldn't say it's a miracle worker or anything, but I felt a bit more focused while lifting. I wouldn't rely solely on it for gains, but it could be a nice little addition if you're curious.

I've read about tongkat ali helping with recovery and muscle gains, but I haven't tried it yet. Have you looked into any studies on it? I'd be curious to see if there's solid research backing the claims.

I've tried tongkat ali for a few months, and honestly, I felt a nice boost in energy and mood. I used it alongside a regular workout routine and noticed I could push myself a bit harder. Just be careful with dosage; too much can lead to jitters.

Tongkat ali sounds like a fun supplement, but honestly, if you want to boost T levels, just lift heavy and eat right. All these quick-fix supplements are just like my ex, full of promises and no delivery

Yo, my buddy swears by tongkat ali, says it gives him mad energy for calisthenics. But honestly, I feel like consistency with bodyweight training does way more for mood and strength. Just keep grinding your workouts.
