Caffeine Tolerance Is Getting Out of Control, How Do I Reset?
i've been relying on caffeine for my workouts and daily energy, but my tolerance is through the roof. It feels like I need to down two or three cups just to feel anything, and I'm starting to wonder if I'm doing more harm than good. I've tried reducing my intake, but it's tough to kick the habit.
I've heard of people taking breaks or cycling their caffeine use to reset their tolerance, but I'm not sure how to go about it. Has anyone had success with this? Any tips on how to safely lower my caffeine levels and effectively reset my system? I really want to get back to feeling that initial boost without relying on excessive amounts. What works for you?
