Loop earplugs for sleep, anyone tried them?

I've been struggling with getting solid sleep lately, and I'm wondering if loop earplugs are worth the investment. I know they claim to reduce noise while still allowing you to hear alarms and such, but do they really help block out the chaos of life? I've got two kids, so you can imagine the noise level! Any experiences or recommendations would be great.

Honestly, if you need solid sleep and have kids, you might want to look into sound machines instead. Loop earplugs are cool, but they won't block out every sound. Just saying, a white noise machine can be a game-changer for sleep quality.

Finding good sleep is tough, especially as a parent. While loop earplugs work for some, I recommend also practicing good sleep hygiene. Like a bedtime routine or wind-down period. It all helps create that peaceful atmosphere for sleep.

I've been using loop earplugs for a few months now. They help a lot with the noise but still let me hear the kids when they need me. It's a lifesaver for my sleep routine since I'm already juggling my chronic illness and workout schedule.

Loop earplugs? Sounds like something from a sci-fi movie. But if they block noise while letting alarms through, that might just save your sanity. Just be ready for the kids' chaos to still find a way in.

Not sure what these earplugs do, but if they don't get rid of the kids' chaos, what's the point? 😂 Might as well just learn to power nap between the madness.

As a dad of two, I feel you on the noise front. I've used foam earplugs for years, but they can be a hassle if you need to wake up quickly. Loop earplugs sound like a solid compromise. Just be prepared for the occasional toy to go flying at night if you don't hear them sneak into your room.

I've been using them for a while, and they help with my sleep during the week. They don't block everything, but they do soften the chaos. For busy parents, I think they're a solid investment if you're struggling to get enough rest.

i've tried the loop earplugs too! I was skeptical at first, but they really do help drown out random noise. I can still hear my alarm, which is a must, and I actually sleep deeper. Plus, they are comfortable enough for side sleeping. If u're considering it, give them a shot, especially with kids around.

In my experience, the best sleep tools are those that fit your specific situation. Loop earplugs can help, but consider adding a sleep mask or blackout curtains to your room. Combining those can create an ideal sleep environment, especially when life gets noisy.
