AC at 65 vs 68: Is there really a difference in sleep score?
I've been tracking my sleep with my Oura ring and noticed my score fluctuates when I tweak the AC settings. Going from 68 to 65 feels cooler, but does it really impact my sleep quality? Naps are awesome, but I don't want to sacrifice deep sleep for a few degrees. Anyone else feel a major difference when changing the temp? Just trying to optimize my recovery here!
