Sleepwalking as an adult, how do I fix this?
So, I've been sleepwalking lately and it's kinda freaking me out. I thought it was just a childhood thing, but apparently not. It's messing with my sleep quality and I need tips to stop it! I've tried some sleep aids like magnesium and melatonin, but no luck. Anyone else dealt with this? What worked for you? I lift three times a week, so I'm super focused on recovery, but this is a real buzzkill.
