Progress pics after 2 years of lifting as a paraplegic, is it normal to feel stuck?
Been lifting for 2 years now since my injury, and I just posted some progress pics. I've made some gains, but honestly, I feel like I'm hitting a wall lately. My lifts have stalled, and I'm struggling to see changes in my physique. Anyone else felt like this after a couple years? What did you do to push through? Just need some caffeine-fueled motivation right now.
