Anyone lost 25 lbs without tracking macros? Need tips!

TL;DR: Looking for tips on losing weight without tracking macros; I've lost 25 lbs in 4 months.

So I'm down 25 lbs in 4 months just from sticking to keto and lifting consistently, but I haven't tracked my macros at all. I feel like I'm flying blind here. Anyone else gone this route? What was your experience? Did you see steady results, or was it a struggle? I feel like I could use a bit of guidance.

Congrats on the loss! I've been on keto for about 3 years, and honestly, tracking macros can be useful but isn't essential. When I started, I didn't track anything either, just focused on whole foods and kept my carb intake low. You might be surprised how effective that can be!

That's amazing progress! When I lost weight after having my kids, I didn't track every macro either. I focused on eating real, nutrient-dense foods and made sure to lift consistently. One thing that helped was prepping my meals ahead of time. It took the guesswork out of what to eat. What does your meal prep look like?

You're crushing it! Losing 25 lbs without tracking is super impressive. Just remember that everyone's body responds differently. I've had days where I felt great, then the scale didn't budge! It's all part of the process, so keep lifting and loving your journey! Do you find lifting helps with cravings?

Bro, I get it. Tracking can be a pain, but it's so helpful to see what's really going on. If you're lifting and staying keto, you're probably getting results, but think about using an app like MyFitnessPal or MacroFactor just to see where your macros land once in a while. It might surprise you

Facts! Not tracking can be freeing, but sometimes you need that data to really see progress. i've been there, eating what I thought was healthy, but my portions were way off! So, keep doing you, but don't be afraid to weigh in on those portions if things stall. Balance is key
