Returning to Bench After Shoulder Reconstruction, 225 Again?
So I just hit 225 on the bench for the first time since my shoulder reconstruction! It took about 6 months of rehab, but damn, it feels amazing to be back at it. I thought I'd never lift that again, but here we are, just me and the bar, vibing. Anyone else gone through this and have tips for maintaining form while ramping up weight? Let's keep lifting and loving ourselves, folks!
