Lifting between ER shifts has me feeling some type of way! 馃槄
So, I just hit my 2-year mark with lifting, and honestly, the progress is wild! I went from barely benching 75 lbs to hitting 135 lbs for my 1RM. Between crazy ER shifts and studying, it's been tough, but I'm really vibing with the strength gains. Anyone else juggling life and lifting? What keeps you motivated when it gets rough?
