Weight loss without tracking, can it be done? 馃

TL;DR: Lost 25 lbs without tracking, anyone else have success like this?

I recently dropped 25 lbs without counting a single calorie, just meal prepping and staying active. Here are my progress pics from start to finish, feels good, but I wonder if anyone else has done this and how they managed. Did you keep your gains or just wing it? This feels like a hot take, but maybe tracking isn't everything.

Meal prepping is the way to go. I've been doing it for over a year, and it's made such a difference in my weight loss. My weekly meal plan keeps me on track and saves time. You can easily control portion sizes without stressing over calorie counts.

This is so relatable! I dropped 15 lbs just by meal prepping and focusing on whole foods. It's amazing how much progress u can make without getting caught up in the numbers. Also, who wants to stress over tracking everything? Just eat well and move more, that's the vibe.

I understand where you're coming from, but as a busy mom, I find tracking essential. I meal prep on Sundays and log my meals to make sure I hit my macros while managing my family life. It gives me a sense of control, especially when time is tight. Have you tried any specific meal plans?

Facts! If you lift heavy and stay active, tracking can feel unnecessary. Just hit the gym and eat clean, bro. But keep an eye on your protein intake; that's the key for gains.

i get the appeal of not tracking, but I feel like tracking helps me stay accountable! I tried to wing it once, and I ended up losing muscle instead of fat. Finding that balance is tough, but I love being able to see my progress in numbers too!

Cardio is where it's at, man. Meal prepping is cool and all, but if you really want to shed those pounds, HIIT and steady-state cardio are unbeatable. The heart health benefits are just as important as weight loss. Weightlifting is great, but don't skip out on cardio!

i'm all about that plant-based life, and honestly, I don't track calories either! I focus on nutrient-dense foods, and it's been great. My energy levels are high, and I feel strong. But I guess it depends on personal goals. What were your main meals like?

Lmao, cardio is the real MVP! Who needs to track when you can just crush a HIIT session? I mean, if it feels good and you're seeing results, keep doing ur thing. But I still think there's a fine line between intuitive eating and going off the rails.
