Why is nobody talking about 24-week HIIT transformations instead of CrossFit cults?
Just wrapped my 24-week HIIT program, lost 15 lbs and dropped my 1RM on the squat from 135 to 185. That's 50 lbs, fam. My progress pics show some serious definition instead of the muscle confusion nonsense they call CrossFit. Seriously, why are we still pretending that a bunch of burpees and snatches is superior? Anyone else got pics to share that actually prove HIIT is the real deal?
