After 18 months of grinding in the gym, I finally hit 225 for reps on bench! Honestly, this felt like an eternity, with countless days of caffeine-fueled lifts and the occasional failed attempt. Who knew chugging coffee could be the secret sauce? This might not be a record-breaker, but it's my PR and I'm stoked about it! Anyone else feel like caffeine might just be their secret training partner?
